"Gee, You're So Ugly It's Starting To Get Sunny"

My favorite poem of the week was "Gee, You're So Beautiful That It's Starting To Rain" Richard Brautigan because I found it rather comical. I thoroughly enjoyed the grades that Brautigan  gave to the different "subjects." It was unique and caught my attention and interest. 


Not only did I think it was funny that the poem included a report card, but I also thought it was funny how the speaker wanted the beauty of this Marcia lady to be taught in high school classes. Rather than having the feeling of pushing myself to read all the way to the end of the poem, I enjoyed it and didn't get bored. Granted, it was rather short. My kind of poem.
